Return Policy

•·      All returns or cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee of the total amount plus shipping cost.
•·      If the cancellation is due to a service failure on our part, you will be refunded in full.
•·      All damages and shortages must be reported within 48 hrs of receiving the merchandise.
•·      No Claims will be accepted after 48 hrs.
•·      No returns allowed after 30 days from ship date.
•·      All merchandise must be new.
•·      Used and/or damaged merchandise may not be returned for any reason.
•·      For customers purchasing wheels alone, once a tire is mounted there are absolutely no returns. Always test fit your wheels prior to

         to mounting tires.
•·      If you need to return an item, please call (888) 428-6660 for a Return Authorization Number.
•·      Make sure merchandise is fully insured.
•·      We are not able to give credit on a return, due to improper packaging.
•·      Under no circumstance will Chromespinners.com accept a return of product that is damaged due to the negligence of the customer!
•·      Remember, the wheels are still yours (the customer's) property until we get them back.
•·      Every return is subject to inspection.
•·      If it is deemed that damage to the product is a result of road hazards, such as a car accident, or curb scraping, Chromespinners 

         is  not obligated to grant a refund.
•·      It is the buyer's responsibility to check fitment before use. Improper fitment can result in damage to both wheels and vehicle.

        Chromespinners.com is not responsible for any damages caused by improper fitment.
•·      Customer is liable for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item. This applies to all issues including warranties.
•·      Price and availability may vary.
