Orders DO NOT always ship the same day. Please allow 48 hours for your order to ship. If you need priority delivery then please contact us by phone for immediate attention.
Special Order Items
Some items may be special order specifically for the customer's vehicle. These items generally require a deposit or paid in full status. Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable. These special order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts.
Payment Terms
Chromespinners.com accepts credit cards, Paypal payments, Cashier Checks, Money Orders, and Bank Wire/Transfers with appropriate billing and shipping addresses to be verified. All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. We do not accept COD orders. Prices and shipping cost is subject to change anytime because of exchange rates, shipping costs, manufacturer price changes, etc. Customers will always be notified of any cost changes prior to final order processing and delivery of items ordered.
International orders are accepted in most cases. International orders require Payment by PayPal or Bank Wire/Transfers. Email or call for ordering instructions.
Additional order and payment verifications may be requested at anytime by Chromespinners.com. This includes but is not limited to, copy of identification and/or copy of credit card (both sides).
Shipping
Here at Chromespinners.com we pass along all the savings we can. This includes on shipping and handling charges. We all know the saying "nothing in this world is free", so keep that in mind when competitors try to hide the price of shipping by adding it in to total price and saying they offer free shipping.
Chromespinners.com has lower shipping rates than our competitors and you save even more on shipping with the higher the cost of your order. We also make use of all major carriers (including R&L Carriers, UPS, FedEx) depending on your order to save you even more on cost and shipping time. Tracking numbers are typically available within 48 hrs of your order.
International Shipping
We ship internationally and typically ship with DHL Global Freight for best rates. All duties and taxes associated with international orders are paid for by the receiver.
Note: International orders require payment via Paypal or bank wire only. Intructions are provided upon request.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax is only charged to orders for the State of Florida. A sales tax of 6% will apply.
Store Hours
Customer service is available as defined on the Contact Us page of this Web site, EXCEPT CHRISTMAS DAY [December 25], THANKSGIVING DAY, NEW YEAR'S EVE AND NEW YEARS DAY.
Warranty
•· All of our wheels and tires are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranties.
•· The basic manufacturer warranty on a wheel or tire covers workmanship and materials. This does not cover road hazards.
•· If the problem was caused by the installer, the car, the driver, something in the road, or being driven on a flat, the product is not covered by the warranty.
•· Any damage done to a product after purchase is not covered by warranty.
•· Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties we do not express or imply any other warranties.
•· Manufacturer warranties vary and are available upon request or can be found on the manufacturer's website.
