How Do I Order?
1.) First, browse products via categories on your left, or by size and vehicle type, or by manufacturer. Next select wheel or item for more information including available sizes and pricing.
2.) Read product description, including sizes and vehicle fitment. (Remember we handle the “will they fit questions” ) Email or call us at 1-888-428-6660 if needed
3.) Select button next to size of wheel and/or tire package you want to purchase.
NOTE: Wheel prices are listed per each wheel. Package prices are for 4 wheels, 4 tires, mounted and balanced, and lugs, locks, and chrome valve stems.
4.) Click Add To Cart
5.) Change Qty. to desired purchase number
6.) Click on either Continue Shopping or click Check Out
7.) Login to check out or create login for a secure checkout and future updates on your order.
8.) Fill out order information. Be sure to include Make, Model, and year of vehicle.
9.) See payment options for acceptable online payments
How Do I Know What Wheels fit my vehicle?
Most of our wheels come in multiple fitments identified by Car or Truck/SUV applications. Thus, our customers can feel confident in selecting and ordering online the wheel they like best, and leave the “will they fit “questions to our professional and experienced staff. We will not ship any order that may have fitment concerns unless approved by customer. Fitment notes can also be found in under most product descriptions and will express Car, Truck/SUV, or 4, 5, 6, or 8 lug. If assurance is still warranted, customers can use our fitment form to submit questions anytime or call us during business ours.
What does offset mean?
The offset of a wheel is the distance from its hub mounting surface to the centerline of the wheel.
The offset can be one of three types, see below. Reference our fitment guide or for specific questions
about fitment, call one of our trained professionals at 888-428-6660.
Zero Offset = RWD = +0
The hub mounting surface is even with the centerline of the wheel.
Positive = FWD = +35 OR HIGHER
The hub mounting surface is toward the front or wheel side of the wheel. Positive offset wheels
are generally found on front wheel drive cars and newer rear drive cars.
Negative = RWD = +0 TO +20; MID = +20 TO +34
The hub mounting surface is toward the back or brake side of the wheels centerline. "Deep dish" wheels
are typically a negative offset.

Can a spinner fit on my rims?
Our add-on spinners are available in 4, 5, and 6 lug patterns. RWD vehicle wheels need about a 1 ˝ inch lip on it for spinner not
to stick out. FWD vehicle wheels need about ˝ - 1 inch lip on it for spinner not to stick out. We sell FWD spinners made specifically
for FWD vehicles. Any Spinner Combo Package we sell, we make sure spinner does not stick out. If customer is buying a set of Spinners
only and have a question about fitment on a particular wheel, you can contact one of our trained professional to answer any questions

Does Chrome Spinners, LLC ship outside the U.S.?
Yes, in many cases we will ship to countries outside U.S. Including but not limited to, U.K., Germany, Japan, Saudi Arabia,
South Africa, and Canada. Customers are responsible for shipping cost outside U.S. and any applicable Taxes or Tariffs.

Payment Options
We accept online payments 24 hrs a day 365 days a year with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal. Through Paypal we also accept American Express and eChecks. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover by phone during business hours. If a customer does not have any of the above or prefers to use another method, they can prepay with a U.S. POSTAL MONEY ORDER mailed to our mailing address below. Customers can still submit their order online and select money order as their form of payment. However, no items will be shipped until we receive payment in full.

Do the wheels and tires come mounted and balanced?
All wheel and tire packages come mounted and balanced. You will only have to have them installed
onto your vehicle. Wheel and tire Packages also includes free lugs and locks set.

How can I track my order?
A tracking number along with shipper information is typically emailed once order has been shipped out. If more than 72 hrs have past and you have not been informed otherwise, feel free to contact us by phone or email for tracking information.

Luxury Custom Wheels, LLC only sells brand new top quality wheels. We DO NOT sell blem wheels or tires.

Do the wheels and/or tires come with a warranty?
Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties we do not express or imply any other warranties.
Manufacturer warranties vary and are available upon request or found on manufacturer's websites.
No road hazard warranties are offered, but may be available. Warranties should be reviewed carefully before purchase.
